Settlement of Bills
It is the discretion of the Management to take an advance from guest for their stay at our Hotel according to the length of stay and balance, if any, must be settled on presentation of Bill Personal cheques are not accepted. No credit facility available.
Company’s Lien on Visitor’s Luggage and Belongings
In case of default in payment of dues by the guest, The Management shall be entitled to a lien on his/her luggage and belongings, and to detain the same, and sell or auction (at the risk and cost of the guest) such property at any time after the departure time, without reference to the party, and appropriate to itself the net sale proceeds towards amount due from the guest.
Departure
The scheduled checkout time at Mezbaan Regency is 12 noon Extension beyond checkout time are on the discretion of management depending up on the position of the day and are chargeable.
Kindly contact our Reception in advance. In case the guest fails to check out by the stipulated time the management shall have right to remove all his belongings from the room to keep them in its custody.
Luggage Storage
Subject to availability of storage space. Though we take all precaution in safe keeping of guests left luggage but storage is at the sole risk of guest as to loss or damage from any cause in this process In any case storage is up to a maximum period of 30 days. After this management has the right to deal with the luggage in a manner deemed fit.
Guests Belongings
Guests are requested not to keep the room key in lock. Please remove the key from the key slot whenever you are going out of the room. When you are in , put key in the key switch. Your all electricity function with only activate by putting key in the key switch.
Inflammable / Hazardous Goods
None of the items of combustible or hazardous in nature should be kept in the room. Guests are requested to take precaution in this respect.
Checkout Time
Checkout time is 12 Noon. In case you wish to retain your room beyond this time, please inform at reception. In case of permission for retaining the room beyond 12 Noon upto 6 p.m. or part thereof has been granted, half day’s tariff will be charged for the said period. Kindly do not forget to drop your key at reception before checkout.
Damage to Property
Guests are requested to use the Hotel property in a manner, it is warranted. Any financial loss arising due to damage, Act of Omission or Negligence of the guest / his visitor will be recoverable from the guest.
Use of Hotel Facilities
The guest shall use all the facilities and services available at the Hotel with care. The guest shall agree to abide by and follow all instructions placed by the Management at various places in the Hotel premises. The Management shall be not responsible for any injury to the guest or his family members, invites, visitors, agents and servants or damage to their goods that may be caused as a result of use of the facilities / services for any reason whatsoever. Visitors and guests are not permitted in the rooms after 10 pm. We recommend the use of our public areas for entertaining visitors beyond this hour.
Management Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself / herself in a responsible/ respectable manner and not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Hotel premises. The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the Hotel premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his or her room or other areas of the Hotel forthwith, without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate and leave the premises, when requested to do so. In default, the Management shall have the right to remove the guest and the guests’ luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her. The Management shall have the right to change the room allocated to the guest at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any previous notice, or to shift the guest to any other suitable accommodation.
Relation between Hotel and Guests
Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute or create or purpose to constitute or create in favour of the guest any tenancy, sub-tenancy or any right to tenancy, or any right or interest in the Hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitor, and the Hotel shall always be and be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the Management.
Government Rules and Regulations
Guests are requested to observe the Government rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of taxes, registration, alcoholic drinks, smoking in public area etc. Guests carrying arms, ammunitions and other firearms are not allowed.
Emergency
In case of Fire
You are in a building that has been constructed under the most stringent fire safety standards with advance fire prevention systems. Guest are advised to reach to the nearest exit in case of any emergency.
If you discover a Fire
Call at reception and report the exact location of fire. Stay calm, relaxed and “THINK”. The danger is almost always less than you imagined to be. Fight only very small fires and use a fire extinguisher. Always avoid large fires. Exit the building as soon as possible.
If you cannot leave the Room
Stay there. If you cannot exit, it is the safest place to be. Shut off the air-conditioner. This will prevent smoke from being sucked into your room. Open the window of you room and shout for help.
Important
In case of fire, immediately contact at reception. Clearly mention your room number and try to give an accurate description of the location and the nature of the cause for your concern. Keep calm and follow the recommendations of our staff. Out staff has been trained for such emergencies and will assist you in escaping to safety. Please report anything unusual to the reception.
